My mission is to help mamas be SEEN, HEARD, and UNDERSTOOD. I want YOU to understand why you feel the way you do. I thirve on helping mamas find their POWER and STRENGTH in motherhood.
My Approach
My approach includes deep listening, holding space, guiding you to explore your own truths and internal patterns, witnessing you grow, release the old, find the love for you!
You are the expert of yourself, you know yourself the best. Sometimes we just need a little guidance to see our true power.
I use Mama Rising formula based in matrescence. When you understand all that is behind this massive transition, you understand you are not alone!
I provide a safe, open, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world.
